EXPERIENCE

I worked in U.S. ICT multinational corporations for over 30 years and reinvented myself as an entrepreneur, bestselling author and motivational speaker since 2008. In 2020, I worked with the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) to conduct Life Learning Courses/Workshops (including “Design Your Life or Business After 50”) in conjunction with the National Silver Academy’s Lifelong Learning Initiative. I help people who are above 50 re-discover their life purpose and to put real, useful meaning to their lives and to positively impact others.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I have coached clients from Asia, Europe, North America and South America to deliver 1:1 coaching and team coaching. To pay forward, I also provide probono career coaching to NUS undergraduates and graduates. Since 2013, I have been mentor to NUS business and engineering undergraduates under the NUSS-NUS Mentorship Programme. 

I also provide Business and Leadership Coaching by leveraging on my experience in sales, sales management, marketing, product development, product management and customer service. I spent many years driving business for U.S. Fortune 500 Companies in Asia and the Middle-East North Africa (MENA).

Using MIT’s Sloan School of Management’s Approach to Design Thinking and Singapore’s Ministry of Digital Development and Information’s Certification on Implementing Design Thinking and leveraging my business experience, I help small businesses leverage Design Thinking to drive innovation in product, service and experience design. I run sales immersion, customer engagement, business consulting and design thinking workshops for my customers to sharpen their competitive edge. I mentor business owners and professionals to succeed by accelerating their learning curve and avoiding common pitfalls.

I survived life-threatening kidney cancer and liver hepatitis and since 2018, I keep myself healthy through meditation and by practicing mindfulness. I help my clients to revitalize their body, reactivate their mind and rejuvenate their soul for peak performance. I champion healthy living in Singapore to encourage professionals to take care of health for peak performance.

I also published 4 books – “Understanding: The Doctor Saved My Life Twice”, “Pebbles in the Pond: Wave Four”, “Cancer: From Tears to Triumph” and “My Big Idea Book”.
